First Look at Lucien’s Manor
As the wedding day begins, the excitement builds. We started our day early morning with the First Look of Shriya and Sai. Both were ready at Lucien’s for seeing each other for the first time. Eagerness awaits, as they see each other for the first time. Their eyes light up seeing each other. We and their planning team at Details Affair team made sure to give them personal time during the first look, to ensure we capture it candidly.

The bride is the most important person at the wedding. Shriya was wearing traditional Marathi clothes. She looked stunning in her Red and Orange sari. Showing her heritage, she enhanced her look with traditional Marathi tika, bangles, and gold jewelry that complimented her outfit. Sai dressed in a beige-colored traditional south Asian outfit.
We started a pre-wedding photoshoot at Lucien’s Manor before the baraat. With all the coordination between Sai and Shriya, we were able to capture the true essence of the love of Shriya and Sai. Lucien’s Manor, a venue in the heart of Berlin, NJ can accommodate up to 500 guests, offering the perfect setting for your next Indian wedding ceremony.
The decor for the Marathi wedding ceremony was done beautifully. The venue was decorated with colorful flowers, making it a perfect romantic setting for the afternoon.
With a picturesque backdrop of the venue and a bright ceiling, it created a luminous room filled with colors of emotions.
Baraat
This is a part of the Groom’s wedding procession in the Indian ceremony. Sai, our groom was surrounded by his entourage of relatives and friends, dressed in traditional attire for the ceremony.
The baraat started with Sai’s ride, a red colored Mustang with other family members dancing, who attended marathi wedding at lucien’s manor.
Marathi Ceremony Rituals
Shriya and Sai’s wedding ceremony was incorporated with elements of Marathi rituals. Starting with the grand entrace of the Marathi bride with her parents. The couple exchrange flower garland with playful ceremony called varmala.
They took sevel steps around a sacred fire. For the saptapadi ritual, the bride and grooms take sevele stepes togther around asacreed fire while reciting vows to each other.
During the fera, they are showered with flowers as a blessing for their marriage.
Reception
Before the reception begins, we started the evening with portraits of Sai and Shriya. The evening portraits were taken in the lawns and garden areas of Lucien's Manor. The bride wore a pink colored Indian western fusion outfit and the groom wore pink color Salwaar with white pajamas.
The bride and groom looked absolutely stunning. The photos captured the joy and happiness in their eyes on this special day
The reception started with the entrances of parents followed by groom’s men and bride’s maid. The bride and groom entrance was accomplish by a grand entrance at Lucien’s manor followed by their first dance.
There were speeches and toasts from both sides of their family members after they cut their cake. They then opened up their dancefloor for all guests to enjoy.
